How long will my order take?

Your order is made just for you — because apparently we’re not into mass-producing boring things.

Please allow time for production before your order ships. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and can vary by product and destination.

Where is my order?

On its way to you, hopefully looking as good as you imagined.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Give the carrier a little time to work its tracking magic.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made to order, orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate cancellations only if your order has not yet entered production.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Our products are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color.
